The Logbook – A Space for Stories, Moments, and Observations
The Logbook is a space for exploration—a journal of visual notes, maritime stories, and fleeting details that might otherwise go unnoticed. Here, I share smaller, subject-specific collections, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and reflections on the world I document.
Some entries dive into harbour life and maritime traditions, others explore abstract textures of water and light, while some simply capture the quiet poetry of the sea. This is where I let stories unfold freely, outside the structure of my main portfolio—a place to slow down, observe, and see the sea through a different lens.

Against the Infinite Scroll: After Sontag
We live with a lens where our eyes should be. The more we capture, the less we keep. After Sontag, this essay argues that image abundance has turned attention into mulch—and suggests small, stubborn practices for restoring the art of looking so a single photograph can matter again.
